Privacy and site use

This page describes the FORGE Academy information website. Product applications have separate sign-in, permissions and data arrangements that must be reviewed before institutional or student records are introduced.

Evaluation inquiries

The evaluation form prepares an email draft in your own email application. Responses are not submitted to a website database. You choose whether to send the email. Information you send is used to respond to your inquiry and discuss evaluation access. Do not include passwords, patient information or student records.

Hosting and external services

The hosting provider may process ordinary request and security logs to operate this website. This website adds no advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Video files load from the FORGE showcase when requested. Links to product applications, Amazon or your email provider take you to services with their own terms and privacy practices.

Evaluation and purchasing

Prices shown are proposals, not an automatic purchase or subscription. Access, included capabilities, licensing, data use, support and renewal terms require written agreement. Downloading a form or making an inquiry does not authorize a charge.

Teaching materials

FORGE content is protected teaching material. Digital book distribution and faculty resource use follow the accepted license. Product demonstrations use fictional examples and do not guarantee examination, accreditation or clinical outcomes.
